The litigation team of HATHI & PARTNERS analyse the matter and according to the requirement plan strategically
advice client to proceed further. Legal action are initiated on behalf of client at the appropriate jurisdiction and applications are made accordingly for relief. Our firm also defends client when legal action are initiated against them.
We attend to litigation matters before the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court and other High Courts in India, Civil Courts, Supreme Court of India.
