Pro-bono
legal service is provided by HATHI & PARTNERS effective
from January 1, 2002 to all person, on all aspect of
Indian law but excludes the following:
- Acts
of Crime
- Matrimonial
- Immigration
Those
intending to take the benefit of this service should
first send a email to our administrator at
contact@hathipartners.com
with the word "pro-bono" as subject. You
will then receive a reply wherein we will provide
you with another email address of the partner or
associate who will attend to the pro-bono matter.
You will now write on the email address provided to
you only if you qualify.
To
qualify the following are the terms and requirement.

Your total family income should not exceed INR
1,20,000 Gross Per Annum (giving details at
this stage and proof when called for)

Our Professional Charges will be INR 1.00
while Disbursements are computed on actual.

03.
Your email should contain your real name,
telephone number with city code, email
address, physical address including permanent
address, other contact details.

04.
There is a possibility of your email being
tracked using tracking software and if your
location and the email tracking result
location does not match, your email will be
deleted from the system by our administrator
without forwarding to any partner or associate
in the firm.

05.
Your email should contain detailed facts of
the case in chronological order with dates and
events

06.
Telephonic advise are not entertained for
"HATHI & PARTNERS Pro-bono" service.

If necessary, you may have to attend our
office with further details when called for
and not otherwise.

Your email should clearly state that you are
seeking "pro-bono" service.

Advise are given in English only.

10.
You may write a letter but not a fax for
pro-bono service.

HATHI & PARTNERS reserves all rights to accept or
reject this service without assigning any
reasons.
