HATHI & PARTNERS, is a partnership firm organised and registered in Mumbai, under the Indian Partnership
Act bearing registration number BA 84368. The firm is also registered with the Bombay High Court as Advocates & Solicitors and with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society as Solicitors. All partners are registered on the rolls of their respective Bar Councils to practice law while some partners are advocates on record on the rolls of the Supreme Court of India.
HATHI & PARTNERS is also registered with the Income Tax
department having its Pan and Tan number.

The
Professional Charges of HATHI & PARTNERS are either on
hourly basis; case-to-case basis or on lump sum
basis depending on the matter and as agreed before
commencement of a matter.
Our hourly rates are depending on the complexity of
the matter and area of practice, while disbursements
are computed on actual. We bill our client in USD,
EURO, STG or INR depending where the client
originates from and on the requirement of client.
Prior
to commencement of any work, the applicable
Professional Charges (hourly rates) are notified and
confirmed with client for the given matter, which
will apply until closure of the file.
No matter how many partners, associates or paralegal
attends to the matter; there are no separate charges
to client for the said partner, associate or
paralegals separately for attending to the matter.
Each client has a dedicated partner who leads,
co-ordinates and is directly responsible to meet the
client requirements effectively and efficiently.
Fixed
Rates
HATHI & PARTNERS also offer on fixed rates basis or on lump sum
basis on selected areas of practice viz: ship arrest
or release; formation of company; trade mark
registration. The charges are agreed prior to
commencement of a matter, more details can be
obtained by writing email or fax.
Payment
Mode
Accountable
advance, as agreed should be deposited with HATHI
& PARTNERS prior to commencement of any work, either by
Bankers Cheque in favour of "HATHI & PARTNERS"
or by irrevocable telegraphic transfer to our
bankers at "HSBC" , " Standard Chartered" , "ABN-AMRO"
or 'ICICI Bank" unless
advised differently from the main office.
